Multifaceted entrepreneur Yanis Gabon, 32, has become locally known for being an influential
figure in the social New York City nightlife scene. After leaving Europe and moving to the states
for college, he has since developed a name for himself amongst many important figures in the
entertainment industry.
Yanis began working in nighlife over six years ago with Is luxury concierge company named
Premier Class. The company’s services aimed to provide a seamless VIP experience in NYC by
offering private tours, RSVPs to exclusive events, higher-end travel amenities, and more.
During his time as a private concierge of the company, Yanis built up a list of both domestic
and international clientele, which included several A-list celebrities and athletes. Within that list,
you can find names like hip-hop rapper Post Malone, Jack Harlow, soccer players, Layvin Kurzawa, Moise Kean, Neymar, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, UFC fighter George St. Pierre, and actor
Michael Rainey Jr. Thanks to his time with Premiere Class, Yanis has built up a strong system of
networking connections.
So strong, in fact, that Yanis has since also made the move into e-commerce marketing on top
of his private concierge role. Specifically, into social media marketing. As of four years ago,
Yanis became a Social Media Coordinator after a handful of clients -«gred him a role in
managing their business’s social media accounts. They trusted his exposure and accountability
in the industry as someone who could potentially bring in important clientele for a new business.
And that, he did.
Yanis is currently managing socials for two businesses in the city. The first, which he started
working for over two years ago, is Uplift Tattoo Shop (@uplifttattoo)- a body art studio located in
SoHo. Since Yanis joined the marketing team, the shop’s Instagram has accumulated over
20.000 followers. The alternate business is a unique, French-inspired hair salon named
L’Appartement Hair Boudoir (@lappartement), located in Upper East Side Manhattan. Although
Yanis only began his journey with the salon six months ago, he’s already mustered up a hefty
4k in followers on the account, with continued steady growth.
“Well-rounded” doesn’t even begin to describe Yanis Gabon. So, what comes next after you’ve
done it all? Well, Gabon tells us he’d like to potentially open a business of his own in the future.
“I’d enjoy opening up a night lounge since I know that portion of the industry so well,” he told us.
But, there’s a major plot twist. “I’d want it to be in Europe,” he said. “Maybe Paris, maybe
somewhere else in France. Paris is my hometown, so it only feels right to take this next step
internationally, back to my roots.” The perfect goal for a full-circle American dream.
